Domestic Abuse Coaching

Together we can work to rediscover yourself as the person you really are

Domestic Abuse can happen to anyone and includes physical, psychological, financial and sexual abuse in couple relationships or between family members.

Domestic Abuse is not just physical and can be an incident or pattern of incidents of emotional abuse including controlling, coercive, threatening and belittling behaviour.

You may have heard of the term Gaslighting -  a form of manipulation whereby the perpetrator makes their target question their choices and their own mental health.

Sometimes the gas-lighter may make their victim feel that everyone is against them, which can lead to feelings of isolation and dependency on the abuser.

Do you feel you are always being blamed or put down?

Do you feel that you can never get anything right?

Do you feel afraid to speak out in your own home?

Do you feel that you have lost yourself?

Perhaps you were once that happy, joyful being but now you feel suppressed, alone and without any control of your own life?

You may feel that you have no choice but to leave your partner but feel trapped, afraid and don’t know which direction to take.

I can help you talk through your situation and work with you to identify and embark on the steps, which you identify as best for you.

Remember, you are not alone!

"There is always a way out. It may not appear easy, but there is hope when you tap into that courage within."
